Sometimes you’re just in the right place at the right time.

On Thursday afternoon, while the Your Schenectady team was out and about in the Mont Pleasant neighborhood preparing for the latest installment in our Best Bodega series, we happened upon a delightful holiday scene.

As we worked, the programming room in the back of the Mont Pleasant library filled up with budding artists, some- of the tiniest order,  there to celebrate the season with some pumpkin painting.  What a delight to behold.  We loved seeing these young artists in action and we hope you will enjoy a glimpse into the magic created by the branch librarians.
